14 stage indexing electro coat (e-coat) system which includes:

· Three cleaning stages

· Microcrystalline immersion zinc phosphate

· OEM approved black epoxy electro coat material

· Three zone curing oven

· Load and unload areas

Light Assembly

“Value Added” operations after the coating process, such as installation of rubber components or protective sleeves. These post-paint operations allow for elimination of unnecessary transportation resulting in direct shipment of assembled product to your customer.

Capabilities

Fluidized Bed Nylon Powder Coat

Specialized applications require a thick film of nylon to protect edges of e-coated or zinc plated surfaces,

improving wear resistance and coating hardness.

This process consists of:

· Pre-heat zone

· Fluidized bed

· Post heat curing zone

· Cool down zone

Data Management and Inventory Control

Spring Arbor Coatings uses “Plex” on-line ERP software system for real-time management of inventory, scheduling, preventive maintenance, accounting, program management, and quality control.
